Note:   This coures focuses on empowering young women, giving them the knowledge and skills to stay safe in various situations, both in their daily lives and whilst traveling or living independently for the first time.   By addressing personal security, online safety, and release techniques, young women will be better prepared to protect themselves and make informed decisions to ensure their safety and well-being.
